Do you sell products for right-hand drive?

Yes, we do. If you can't find a RHD product in our online shop, please contact us by email, providing your car's VIN number. We will check the product's availability and price.


Why is there a minimum purchase requirement for orders shipped to Great Britain?

A minimum purchase of 150 EUR (VAT-free and excluding shipping) is a specific carrier's requirement based on import rules of the British customs office.


I purchased an item, but it doesn't fit. Can I return it?

Yes, you can return items under certain conditions. By law, private customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of a purchase made via distance communication (e.g., online). If an item isn't listed, contact us by telephone, email, or through our demand form, and we will check its availability and price.

Where can I make a complaint about a product?

Please inform us at [email protected] and send a completed complaint report. We will arrange the next steps with you. If we agree on a return, please send the product to: Auto Veleslavín Car s.r.o., Veleslavínská 457 / 17b, 162 00 Prague 6, along with a copy of the invoice and the complaint report.

The warranty period for goods is legally set at 24 months.

The complaint process will be completed within 30 days from the date of filing.
