What pepper to use?
For perfect results, use peppercorns 5 mm in diameter and smaller. If you use a mixture of colored peppers, the mixture should not contain more than 15% pink (red) pepper. The BALI pepper mill can also be used to grind dried coriander.

What salt to use?
For a perfect result, always use only grains of coarse salt (dry, sea or rock) with a diameter of up to 4 mm.
