The u ' Select mechanism consists of a double-row toothed spiral that perfectly guides and holds the individual peppercorns and is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, which is extremely wear-resistant. The steel from which the mechanism is made is specially treated with a patented anti-corrosion process. As a result, the mechanism retains its sharpness and durability.

What pepper to use?
For perfect results, use peppercorns 5 mm in diameter and smaller. If you use a mixture of colored peppers, the mixture should not contain more than 15% pink (red) pepper.
